I have a report that will "Show" or "Hide" a item number based on specific criteria.
Is it possible to add a "Count" to show the number of times a particular item number has already been "shown" in the report.
If an item number "Shows" on the report 3 times I would like the report to show the following:
Item ABC 0
Item CBA 0
Item ABC 1
Item ABC 2
Is this possible? I am currently running Jet Professional 2017 R2 on Excel 2016

Why not return unique values using NL(Rows) in the left column and create a count on the table based on the returned values?
Example:
First column: =NL("Rows";"BookedRes";"BResResKey";"BResResKey";NL("Filter";"Resources";"ResKey";"ResType";1))
Second column = =NL("Count";"BookedRes";;"BResResKey";$E10)

Why not use an excel function for this?
Making the following Assumptions:
- SHOW / HIDE is in column B, Item is in column C, data starts in row 4
=COUNTIFS(C$4:C4,C4,B$4:B4,"SHOW")
The two ranges (C$4:C4 & B$4:B4) will always increase in size as they replicate down, but the top of the range is locked ($4) to be the upper row.
