What happened to the user interface Unhide in Jet Prof 2017 when in report mode. This was a neat feature that gave the ability to see the results of the hidden fields.

That feature is still available. Because it is not one of the more commonly-used features, it is not displayed, by default.
You can display it through the Jet Ribbon section of the Application Settings:
