I'm trying to use the AND (&) filter to select item that are in categories "Premium" and "Classified". How am I supposed to write those names? just writing Premium & Classified returns 0 results but I know there should be results.

If you can provide your function, that is always helpful in these boards. I believe your results are accurate but not what you are expecting.
If you are trying to find item that are either in the Premium or Classified category, you need to use the | symbol. "Premium|Classified". "Give me items that are either Premium or Classified"
If you use "Premium&Classified", you are actually saying, "Give me all items where the category is both Premium and Classified at the same time." Since an item only has one or the other (no item has both categories), the results you are seeing with & filter are TRUE. The result is a null set.

Thank you for your quick response, Bob. The formula is =@NL("Lookup","Attribute","Code"), looking for all items with code Premium and Classified; items can have many codes, I want items that are in both categories, so I entered Premium & Classified in the reference cell.

Without knowing your actual DB setup, I would have to guess that if an item has been assigned more than one category code, it would require multiple records. This means that there are no records where the item category has both values, rather two different records with each record assigned an individual category. The previous explanation holds true as to why & isn't working but also requires a more complex solution using Array Calculations.
You will need an NL("Filter") for, something like NL("Filter","Attribute","Code","Category","Premium") and NL("Filter","Attribute","Code","Category","Classified") and use an NP("Intersect") to find the values that exist in each Filter. That would provide Codes that meet both requirements.
