Hi,
I recently enable the Jet Add in for excel so I could run some reports. However, once the add in was enabled, when I try to open my Excel file, it won't open. There's no error message, just non-responsive. I right click on the Excel file to Run Jet report but also does not run. However, when I double click on the Jet Report icon off my desktop, a new excel file will open with the Jet tab available at the top. However, I need to open a pre-set Excel file that is saved on a local disk and this is the one that does not open when I double click. Please help!
