Usually this implies a timeout of the data. It would be a good idea to reach out to the Insightsoftware support team to discuss further.
As a quick solution, you can go into Jet Reports Ribbon->Settings->Performance. If you turn off 'Enable batch function execution'. Often times this resolves the issue however the report typically performs slower. You can turn this on and off as needed.
