Web Service not working in Dynamics NAV 2016

Hi,

I have two instance of NAV, Jet report web service is not working on one instance.

the test instance is working properly. but in the live instance it is not working. the both instance is in the same machine and same configuration. 

I have tried, reinstalling the objects and also deleted the web service and created again.But it is not working. Help will be highly appreciated.

  Hello Mohitur,

  in my opinion submitting a request would be the right choice. The JetReports Support specialists will ask you for more detailed information like about the versions (JetReports, OS etc.) you are using, the system the installations are based on, detailled information about specific settings and more.
