I am busy with creating a table with table builder however there are a few things I would like to tweek to get the results I would like to have.

1) I would like to hide specific columns like you can when using normal NL functions. Can this be done? If so, how can I do this? I have tried just typing in HIDE in the column but that doesn't work.

2) I am grabbing a number from Navision but it appears to go out 5 decimal points. I would like to format that column so that it only shows maximum 3 decimal places. How can this be done.

 

Due to confidentiality of the report I can not upload it onto the site. So if you have any examples or places where these solutions can be found, it would be greatly appreciated.

  This functionality does not exist in created tables.  If you run your table, and then un-hide the hidden rows at the top, you'll notice that the columns with the raw report data are separate from the columns created by the NL(TABLE) command.

   

  the NL(TABLE) command causes the table to expand out from that point, so your table begins in that cell and pushes everything else to the side.  Like the screenshot below (first image is before the report run, second is after the report run).

  for item #2, you will either need to clean up the formatting after the report run (change the cell format), OR you could add a Formula column to your table (formula columns can be added using the "Add Formula" option at the bottom of the table selections.  The issue here is that you would need to add the column twice - once with the original value, and then once formatted to only two decimals (referencing the original table column)
