Jet Professional Web Portal Report runs infinite

I uploaded several Reports as a user. If i log in into Web Portal and run the reports, they run through in about 10 - 50 sec.

Same Reports runned by other users (same rights) are running infinite --> showing max CPU on Jet Reports server. 

What can be the problem there?

Thank you for your reply. The log is already enabled, but in the diagnostic run i can not see anything special (also no error message).

Server: Win 2012 R2
Client Windows 7 (or Windows 10) 
Version: 18.4
