Is dashboard builder is only for designers users ?
Can 2 users open the same dashboard at same time using dashboard builder ?

Using the Dashboard Builder requires a Designer license.
While multiple users can view a dashboard in the Jet Web Portal (even when that dashboard is open in the Dashboard Builder)...
only one Designer at a time can open the dashboard in the Dashboard Builder.
