After right-clicking and selecting Run Jet Reports, Excel opens along with the Report Options dialog box and then box and Excel freezes. I cannot click the Run All button and moving the cursor to Excel then shows the hourglass. Right-clicking the Jet icon on the taskbar provides the option to Close Window, but nothing happens. Ultimately, I needed to kill the app in Task Manager.
We are running Jet Reports in an Azure instance.
