I have a user who gets #Value when running via SQL Connection on report the first time, second time the user clicks run all values are returned correct. If teh user clicks on "Check Error" the value shows correctly.
If the users runs the same report with a NAV webserver connection this issue doesn't happened.

Since it sounds like this is a very reproducible issue, I would definitely contact Jet Tech Support. I would guess that they will have you generate a log file during a "first run" so that the issue would be shown there (you could also try generating the log file and examining it yourself).
