Unable to Conect to Service Tier - Value cannot be Null

Hi All

 

I get the error shown when trying to connect to the Service Tier.  I have tried the Un-Install and Install route but no luck.  Any hints welcome

  Have you run SERVICES.MSC to check if the Jet Service Tier is running?

  Yes the Jet Service is running under a Network Service account

  In that case, I would submit a support request to the Jet Tech Support Team.
