Jet Scheduler dynamic dates not updating

I am new to this forum to sorry if I have posted this in the wrong place.

I am using the jet scheduler to run a specific report on a daily basis for the current weeks date range.

I use excel formulas to calculate the date range so that at the beginning of a new week the formulas update to show the new weeks date range.

I have a  few reports using the technique describes above however I am now trying to create another scheduled report and the scheduler won't load/recognise the date options ranges and the report dates won't change?

This means that the report continues to run for a fixed date range and is no longer dynamic.

Any help with this would be appreciated.

  Hi Chris -

  Without seeing the report, this would be difficult (or at least very time consuming) to look into.

  I would suggest submitting this to Jet tech support.  You'd be able to share your report with them to troubleshoot.

  I've had problems with this in past when the report was saved in report mode rather than design mode. Might be worth checking.
