Running slowly

Hello

Recently Jet Express is taking a long time to load, and sometimes fails to load prompting us to disable the excel add-in and re-load it. Also refreshing reports is taking much longer than it used to. We haven't upgraded Dynamics ( we are on 2017) and we have been using Windows 10 for a long while.

Can anyone suggest how we can find out what is causing the problem?
