Similar to a "Purchase Advice" report

I'm looking to create (what I think) is a simple report, but I'm having some trouble. 

I want to be able to show the item, description, qty on hand, qty on sales order, and qty on purchase order, but only when the items are on order for a specific customer.  I've been able to kind of get it right, but when I use the sales line table, it shows multiple lines for each item... I need one line per item with a sum of qty on sales order.  

Any ideas?

  Hello Rachel -

  I'm guessing you are returning records from the table and then using NF functions to show the values.

  Something like: 

  

  Instead, return just the Item No. and then use NL("First") or NL("Sum") functions to return the rest of the values you need.

  

   

  This way, each item number will only appear once (instead of for every transaction for that customer).
