We are looking for a way to get in control of all the different Jet Reports.
We currently have over 200+ Jet Reports in different folders.
Is there a way to make sure that all Jet Reports files stop working and use a specially code in new Jet Reports so that only those Jet Reports can work?

I am not entirely certain what it is that you are trying to accomplish.
However, have you considered using the Jet Hub as a way of managing your reports? The Jet Hub allows you to have a single version of a report and allow defined users to have have access to that report.
If, at some point, you want to update that report, it is a simple matter of replacing it within the Hub and then all users will have the updated version.

We want to stop the grow of all our Jet Reports, because when you have so many Jet Reports it is not clear what all the Jet Reports are for and when you need to change something it is a hell of a job.
We have tested with the Jet Hub but for our company but the Jet Hub does not work for us because;
We are looking for a way to stop all the Jet Reports from working and that only the Jet Reports work that we want to use.

If I understand correctly all of your Jet Reports currently reside in Network Drive folders that are accessed via Windows Explorer? If this is the case, maybe move them all to another folder that users are not able to access, then once they request one, you review the folder, see if one of the current reports fits the need, then move it to a folder they have access to. Once you move it to a folder, start a spreadsheet or database with details about what the report (name, file path, data source(s), description, main user(s), etc.). Will that help?
We also have quite a lot of Jet Reports and we have been working to document them all and get rid of those that are not used. We have also limited the number of people that can design reports to 2-3 people so that they control where the new reports are saved/updated and then update the documentation appropriately.
