I am trying to display the url of linked pdfs to posted pins in various companys. The issue is that i cant see a way to link the formula in my table to a specific entity so where a pin no is duplicated across a number of entities, it returns the first one it finds.
this is the formula:
=NP("Formula","NL(""Rows"",""Record Link"",""URL1"",""Record ID"",""Purch. Inv. Header: ""&[@[Document No.]])")

When using the Jet Table Builder, your resulting Excel table will have (at most) as many entries as the first database table you add (the "Primary Table").
It is not possible to nest an NL(Rows) function with your NL(Table) function {fascinating thought, though!}
You might want to considering creating a Grouping Report (a common and powerful technique) so that you could use nested lists of information.

the table works alright, its just that the formula above which is included as a field isnt just searching the record link for the particular entity we are running the report for, rather it is looking up the pin number and returning the value from the first match it finds (as we use the std pin convention across all entities there are matching pin numbers)
