Hello. One of my users had to reset her password after her email account had been comprised. Now she's not receiving any of the scheduled reports she was receiving prior to the password change. How can I fix this?

It sounds like the reports were scheduled to run under her account. She would have to update and re-save each scheduled task with her new password.

Actually, the reports were all created and saved under my credentials. With that said, do you have another suggestion? Thanks.

I know of no reason why just a change of password would prevent a user from receiving an emailed report (assuming that the email is still working, of course).
Are you able to create a new TEST task (configured to send an email only to yourself and that other user's email) and have the task complete successfully?
