Our sales order heading in Nav has a check order box.
The box is ticked with the operators name and will show the date and time the order was checked.
We are trying to create a report that count can count how many times the operator has ticked the check box per day.
There is a filter for the checked date time but how would I filter the checked time date filter between certain dates and times into the NL function.

Hi, to clarify your question, is your requirement
1) create a table grouped by day
2) on each day, group the data by Operator
3) count the number of orders the operator ticked the check order box on this particular day.
Can I assume that this the operator only ticks this box 1ce per order?
The issue you will face here is the time stamp. As each particular time will be considered as a unique entry. I think the easiest is actually to extract the data into a table with all the required fields and then build a pivot table instead of trying to use an NL function.
