I hope this is the right place to post this. I am having issues with the Jet Licensing Portal. I received a link to sign up. When I log in it is showing "no data available" for any of the fields in the portal. I am wanting to use this to switch my license so I can work from home without having to use a company VPN as we do not use one. I tried logging in to Jet Hub but could not find the proper link. I am just wanting to run reports from home. I do not need to work as a designer when I am not in the office.

Jet Central 365 Ask to your IT department if the IIS server that manages the Jet Hub can be access from outside your office.
If this not enabled or you do not have a VPN then you will not be able to connect to the Jet Hub.Jet Central 365
